This manual is written to help the police personnel involved in enforcement in driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, the use of safety belts, and driving on mopeds and bicycles. The set up of publicity campaings, organization of personnel, approach of the campaign, costs, evaluation of activities, an analysis of the local situation, and kinds of enforcement are presented for each of the target groups.
