Samenvatting
This directory belongs to the "Departmental" regulation to prepare, design and lay down a Traffic Management Scheme (TMS). See PB 19972. However this directory can also be used by municipalities that, according to existing regulations, are not obliged to design a TMS. Its use is recommended in order to 1) obtain a systematic approach of all relevant aspects concerning traffic and transport, 2) facilitate the judgement by population and administration, and 3) create TMS's that can be compared to each other.
