Samenvatting
Follow-up studies of vehicle speeds have been carried out over a period of 9 years. The measurements have been made on straight and level rural road sections. During 1988 measurements were carried out at 51 points on 1 to 6 occasions at each point. Compared with 1987, the speed of cars has increased during 1988 on roads with a 90 km/h speed limit, which carry most of the traffic in Sweden. The 1987 measurements are abstracted in VTI Meddelande 610 (see IRRD 832723).
