Samenvatting
Measurements are tabulated on actual speeds and speeds maintained by 90% of the motorists, under varying speed limits (90 and 110 km/h) at different points on Swedish roads and at different times of the year. Actual speed are higher under the 110km/h limit, and also speed differences are significantly higher. The appendix contains measurements about trespassing speed limits and the effect of various measuring methods.
