Samenvatting
The level of service provided by traditional public transport system is mostly determined by the business economic conditions of the transport administration. The aim of this Delft study is to develop a transport product that fulfills the requirements of the potential consumer. Starting points in the development of the local public transport system in the city of Delft are: (1) to meet the need of mobility optimally; (2) to decrease the car use; (3) to function efficiently; and (4) to develop the system from the point of view of the user.
