Samenvatting
The propulsion, braking and side guidance of vehicles can only be ensured, when the coefficient of friction between the vehicle and the road is sufficient. While the coefficient of friction depends from the skidding resistance of the pavement surface, emphasis is laid on the highest quality and similarity of the skidding resistance of the roads in particular in case of maintenance.
