Samenvatting
Dutch motorists receive information on traffic- , road- , and weather- conditions primarily by radio (Radio Traffic Information:RTI). A questionaire showed that the motorists thought that the structure and content of RTI could be improved. This study is a piece of research into how the traffic reports can be adapted in order that they be better understood and retained.
