Samenvatting
This study proposes the new concept of the Dynamic Growth Process (D.G.P.). Attention is given to the attendant economic and financial considerations as well as to the problems arising in policy-making and planning. In addition, difficulties that may be expected in implementation are considered with particular reference to the management and social guidance of the process. The discussion then turns to consideration of design criteria and the appropriate mathematical models.
