Samenvatting
The bicycle is a transport mode for the short distance and in particular for the town centre. However, if the local authority goes on with the stimulation of spatial developments, which increase the mobility distances, then the use of the bicycle will decrease. Therefore a plan is set up to realise a bicycle plan with trough going cycle tracks for Haarlem.
