Samenvatting
In 1969 a report was published in the Netherlands on the use of optical and acoustical signals by the police. Since that time there has been a discussion on it and new jurisdiction was edited. Therefore a revised edition of the report was made. The point of view however has not changed. The use of optical and acoustical signals by the police, ambulance or fire brigade is only allowed in emergency cases. No legal right can be derived from the use of these signals.
