Samenvatting
On the basis of three cases a concise description is given of certain aspects of the isolated blunt trauma of the pancreas. Certain theoretical considerations are advanced in defence of the view that in the cases with more extensive lesions primary resection is to be preferred to a conservative surgical approach.
