Samenvatting
From the trams, which are used in the Netherlands, the sound level has been measured by so called "type keuring" measurements. This article gives these particular sound levels at distance of 7.5m. and 25 meter. The measured reduction between sourceposition and microphone is used for the calculation of the sound power levels. The equivalent sound pressure levels are discussed. Equivalents for cars are also given.
