Samenvatting
The publication is divided in three parts: precipitation, thermic factors, influence on road and road construction. At first the distribution of the intensity and the duration of different kinds of precipitation is considered. Secondly the air temperature, sunshine air-humidty and evaporation. Thirdly hoes the knowledge of the former factors can contribute to the solution of many practical problems in road- and traffic science.
