Samenvatting
All activities in the framework of the Second Structure Scheme for Traffic and Transport regarding the bicycle and the moped are collected in the Bicycle Masterplan. The main purpose of this Masterplan is the improvement of the use of the bicycle on the condition that the chance on accidents for cyclists and moped riders decreases significantly.
