Samenvatting
As part of the preparations for a Dutch Multi Year Programme on Traffic Safety (MPV-3), the SWOV Institute for Road Safety Research conducted several interviews in order to take note of the opinions of a number of experts about the following topics: (1) a real traffic and transport safety system; (2) the realization of such a system; and (3) the chances with the help of the current policy to come to a substantial reduction of the number of traffic victims.
