Samenvatting
The acoustics of an environment are of great importance. Nowadays this is a matter of design which is based on existing criteria (e.g. noise rating curves). Factors influencing the acoustical environment are discussed briefly: traffic noise, internal noise, noise of technical installations. Landscape offices require extensive acoustic measures; these are enumerated.
