Samenvatting
A report was made on the responsibility in traffic and the indemnity for fatality and injury. It was proposed to modify the system of responsibility of today into a system of risk-responsibility or a traffic insurance system. In this article the author discuss the several legal points of the concept and comes to a negative conclusion.
