In recent years, the growing need to be competitive with other modes of transport, has increased the interest for improvements in quality of the public transport system at minimal costs. To be able to improve the quality of the public transport system using minimal investments, it is necessary to know which attributes determine the quality and to what extent they are effective. The research focuses on the relative importance of quality determining public transport trip- time attributes in the route- choice- process.
