Samenvatting
A literature survey is made on driving licence and psychiatry. The police and the judge have both the possibility to withdraw a driving licence of a driver, suffering of psychosis, after a medical and psychological examination. The study shows that no conclusion can be made as regards the driving licence. There are similarities but also differences in the literature available.
