In an earlier report the lack of traffic safety in municipalities was compared for the introduction of a traffic safety award by the ANWB (see PB 24542). A method was developed by which municipalities could be selected on the basis of recorded accident data. In the present report the method is further developed and elaborated for municipalities with more than 10.000 inhabitants and with data over 1980-1984.
