Samenvatting
In this paper a critical assessment is given of the use of the multi-criteria evaluation approach in the governmental memorandum on Civil Aviation (Structuurschema Burgerluchtvaarttereinen). It will be started with a brief overview of the content of this memorandum. Next, attention is paid to a number of relevant shortcomings in the report, which can be noticed by means of the presented evaluation framework.
