Samenvatting
As a consequence of the German legal rule laid down in section 41 of the "Strassenverkehrszulassungordnung" in Holland time meters were developed to be able to measure the important lapses of time of a pneumatic braking system. In this article the German demands are formulated and a description is given of measuring the trailer and the semi-trailer. This measurements are made of stationary vehicles.
