Samenvatting
Traffic can be simulated in a voluntary road network with or without controlled by traffic lights by the NETSIM program. By such a simulation insight can be obtained in waiting times, stops, queues and delays. NETSIM gives also the possibility to test the area traffic control. The simulation method and the input- and output data are explained, and an evaluation of the NETSIM is presented.
