Samenvatting
Untill the middle of the nineteen sixties the different parts of traffic and transport were treated individually. When there was a motive an isolated study was done to such a part. In this way parking schemes, public transport schemes etc. arised, which did not correlate in time or in content. Now a Traffic Management Scheme is needed for a city as an important instrument for the traffic and transport policy of the local authority.
