Samenvatting
The Minister of Transport and Waterstaat has published in 1974 regulations for the so called traffic circulation planning. From the point of view of the population these regulations give no participation or protection.The regulations play no role in the financial relationship between the local authority and the government, but there are many points of interest in these regulations. The working group discusses the regulations and examples of improvement are outlined.
