Samenvatting
The evaluation study of the Traffic Management Scheme (TMS) of the city of Groningen is discussed in four sections. In the discussion of the why and how of an evaluation study the need of a study into effects of measures is focussed. Secondly some backgrounds of the study method are given. The organisation of the evaluation is discussed and it is shown how the final results on the basis of part-studies must be settled.
