Samenvatting
The town centre of Zwolle has approximately 2200 inhabitants, 4700 labour places, and an area of 54 hectares. The town centre is the shopping centre for a big region. Since 1971 studies are made for the step by step introduction of a traffic management scheme. Now a test will be made with the following and for the present last phase. In this article the before study is described with the main aims of the traffic management scheme.
