Samenvatting
The traffic management scheme of Velsen is presented. The design of such a plan is mostly rather expensive. In Velsen the so called wish-structure method was used. By testing each park of the plan on its attainableness the total costs can be at a minimum, while on the other handthe traffic management plan remains reliable.
