Samenvatting
The province of Utrecht is trying to introduce a new traffic information system TELNET. The system demands data on traffic intensities on all road sections and junctions outside built- up areas in the whole province. It is studied if the way in which these data are collected at the moment are sufficient for TELENET. A new method is developed to avoid errors and to make the collection of data more efficient.
