Samenvatting
Chapter I of this booklet gives some general observations about parking offences and excesses from the legal point of view. Chapter II contains a model by law of parking excesses and offences. The last chapter gives the remaining model regulations and bylaws in this field. Finally some decrees of the Dutch High Court of Justice are given.
