By order of the Traffic Safety Department of the Dutch Ministry of Transport the author evaluated the social psychologic aspects of the use and impression of streets after reconstruction. In this case the "Zeehavenkwartier" in the town of Dordrecht was evaluated. Topics were: safety, appearance and functions. The evaluation was mainly done by interviews.
