The Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board, No. 2286 consists of 19 papers that explore the 2010 Highway Capacity Manual operational analysis methodology for interchange ramp terminals, left-turn waiting areas at signalized intersections in China, auxiliary through lanes in highway capacity analysis, right-turn-on-red capacity for dual right-turn lanes at signalized intersections, signal countdown timers, and the distribution function of critical gaps at unsignalized intersections.
