This publication results from a series of regional seminars conducted by the Automotive Safety Foundation on behalf of the National Highway Safety Bureau during May and June 1968. The seminar materials contained here in were prepared by ASF staff and others to provide information of value to state officials in developing and carrying forward a statewide traffic safety program.
