Samenvatting
This volume contains guidelines for a driver licensing program which is intended to aid the States in extending the influence of its driver licensing program in improving highway safety by indentifying and describing the essential components of such programs, and by outlining methods for program implementation and evaluation. The standard for driver licensing programs is presented. Requirements for motorcycle operator licensing are included in an appendix.
