Samenvatting
This volume establishes the NHTSA and FHWA policy and procedures for the submission of each State's Highway Safety Plan (HSP). It supersedes the requirement for the Annual Work Programme and the Comprehensive Plan. The HSP provides multi-year planning capability and current year program implementation which is the basis for the execution of a Federal-Aid Agreement. The HSP will be updated on an annual basis.
