Samenvatting
The purpose of this standard is to establish a uniform, comprehensive motor vehicle traffic accident investigation program for gathering information on motor vehicle traffic accidents and associated deaths, injuries, and properly damage ; and entering the information into the traffic records system for use in planning, evaluating and furthering highway safety program goals.
