Samenvatting
The efficiency of the approach to the insecurity in traffic at this moment is discussed. The applicabilities of the nowadays system are not useful and only very strong measures will be efficient. A plea is given for the introduction of a maximum speed of 20 km/h in residential areas. On this way "woonerven" can be developed in which the automobile is secondary to slow traffic.
