Samenvatting
The P.vd A.- fractie will indicate in this report that important improvements for the environment are possible. As regards traffic the vehicle ownership will be not discouraged. The use of the car is discouraged. Therefore the fixed rates and charges (vehicle tax) will be decreased. The costs per kilometer will be increased by an extra tax on fuel, (in particular on diesel) to prevent much driving with the car.
