Samenvatting
The purpose of the new vehicle regulations is to standardize the Dutch regulations with the regulations of the EEC in an international way. The deregulations and the wish to more homogeneity were introduced in the wish to improve the traffic safety, the traffic flow, the care of the infrastructure, the care for the environment, and for the energy conservation.
