Hulpverlening bij verkeersongevallen : een probleem-inventariserende studie naar de eerste fasen van het hulpverleningsproces. Onderzoek in opdracht van het Ministerie van Verkeer en Waterstaat, Directie Verkeersveiligheid DVV.

Research has been done after the functioning of the first aid services in the first moments after the accident. Sources of the investigation are: existing literature, an inquiry held under the Central Posts of Ambulance Transportation and some discourses with experts. A survey is made of the "input" of the assistance services. Yearly some 100.000 people need ambulance assistance. Recommendations are presented for the improvement of the first aid at emergency sites.
