The MEDIATOR project has a specific Work Package dedicated to maximising the impact of the MEDIATOR project. WP5 addresses dissemination and exploitation, fully supported by the other WPs that will contribute with various input and content.
A series of specific dissemination and exploitation objectives have been defined for WP5;
- Disseminate the project’s activities and results effectively and promptly, expressing them in terms that are readily understandable to the various stakeholders;
- To achieve a timely technology transfer within the road transport community and create appropriate plans to support the exploitation of the MEDIATOR project’s outcomes;
- To transfer knowledge on human factors issues and MEDIATOR solutions effectively throughout the aviation, maritime and rail transport communities.
The work in WP5 is divided into three tasks corresponding to the three objectives and will be active throughout the whole project duration. The objective of Task 5.1 is to disseminate the project’s activities and results effectively and promptly, expressing them in terms that are readily understandable to the various stakeholders. To meet that objective a large part of this task initially comes down to the creation of communication tools (D5.2).
This Deliverable gives an extensive overview of the work that has been done and the materials that have been developed:
- Development of the project style guide
- Development of the project leaflet
- Development of the website
- Creation of a roll-up banner
- Development of Deliverable templates and presentation templates
