Samenvatting
The development of bollards is described. Reference is made to the improvement in appearance and the use of new materials. The title of illuminator guard post was introduced, top and lower illuminated side panels incorporated, and mild steel plate used for body construction. Recent experiments included plastics to reduce cost.
