Samenvatting
This report synthetizes the results obtained through the study, of the type of clients patronizing the BUSPHONE demand responsive transportation service, and of their reactions to it. This service put up in Saint Cloud, is the first publicly funded experience of this type in France. The utilization of the BUSPHONE is mainly determined by elements such as, number of years of residency in the town and perception the opportunities it offers.
