Samenvatting
New initiatives are possible for reducing road accidents and losses due to alcohol- impaired driving. On the other hand past actions dealing with this problem based on traditional and largely ineffective approaches must be continued with efforts perhaps increased ten- fold. This report addresse this issue as many other unanswered questions about drinking and driving.
