Samenvatting
The recreation and activities of the Florida Dept. of Transportation are reviewed and the functions and major approaches to transportation planning are outlined. The organization is briefly described of the urban-oriented, multimodal, professional Dept. of Transportation which was evolved from a highly politically oriented highway department. The revenue available to transportation is discussed.
