An improved data base for estimating vehicle operating costs in developing countries.

The purpose of the report was to derive a set of relationships from primary data for estimating vehicle operating costs in developing countries taking into account those road and vehicle parameters which have measurable effects on the components of vehicle operating cost like fuel, lubricating oil, vehicle maintenance, tyres and vehicle depreciation.
