Beyond that, even as the Federal trunk road network is concerned, a covering of the demand in road capacity will not be achieved because antiquated principles of finance are adhered to. As a prerequisite of a comprehensive planning of investments in spheres of transport an early initiative to be taken by the Federal Government and Diet in the next session is needed with the objective of allowing to accurately assess, for the two.
