Few drivers offer themselves for post test training, influencing the behaviour of the majority will not come about through training and testing at the level enjoyed particularly by Advanced Drivers and even those attending one day Fleet Training Courses. The growth of Driver Improvement Schemes is encouraging with the training based very much on the European Model in the EU Advanced Project. It deals with high risk drivers, but after an accident.
