Influencing traffic : possibilities, effects and suggestions.

The development of traffic on roads in the Federal Republic of Germany shows that, despite further up- grading of the road network, on has to reckon in the future with considerable disruption of flow, especially with leisure traffic. Measures to overcome these problems, like radio information, variable traffic signs are discussed briefly.
