Traffic information is given in the Netherlands through cooperation of the ANWB, CPVC, KNMI, Radionieuwsdienst en Rijkswaterstaat. The driver is warned by traffic information and can react to that by driving more carefully or by taking another road. Explained is how these organisations cooperate and what is meant by the different codes.
